Customer Onboarding : Using the Windows Application,
Hospitals shall be onboarded by the Application Administrator.
User Registration : The Application Administrator also creates
profiles for all the Application users inside the Hospitals. The
users can modify their access control (Change Password /
Forgot Password / Profile).

Product Operations
Hospitals will receive the Windows Application Software (Adaptive Service Mapper) installer. The Administrator generates a license for the shared product and activates it. The product will be installed on the main Solar Winds server that manages the entire network.
