Dr. Srinivas is a seasoned business executive, strategy consultant, and a coach for executive leadership and innovation teams. Srinivas has extensive experience in the areas of human experience, organizational development, strategic alignment, corporate innovation, business transformation, global competency, and new product development. Srinivas received his Ph.D. from The Ohio State University in Computer Science (1998) specializing in understanding and designing the Human Experience. He received his MBA (2008) from the University of California, San Diego specializing in Innovation and Strategy.
Srinivas provides strategic innovation services to Fortune 1000 and Global 2000 companies, educational institutions, startups, and non-profit organizations. Srinivas offers special programs guiding entrepreneurs and SBAs in the process of developing and growing their businesses.
Srinivas has been active in leadership and operating roles in leading technology corporations, startups, and non-profit organizations. He has served as the CTO of a medical technology startup ReadySetSurgical Inc. As an Adjunct Professor of Computer Science and Biomedical Engineering he co-developed and delivered an Executive Certificate and Masters’s program in Digital Health for Case Western Reserve University (CWRU). These programs effectively combined online and onsite education. He has also led the Innovation Management practice at the DeSai Group.
