Srinivas Raghavan is the Founder and President of iYOUSE, Inc. Srinivas received his MBA degree from the Rady School of Business, University of California San Diego in 2008 and his M.S. & Ph.D. degrees in Computer Science in 1990 and 1998 specializing in Human Computer Interaction (HCI). He has worked extensively in the field of wireless telecommunications and wireless health, holding positions of Director of User Experience (Qualcomm) and Distinguished Member of Technical Staff, Software & Human Experience (Gary & Mary West Wireless Health Institute). He has received patents and authored publications on Human Factors and User Centered Design.
In 2009 he started iYOUSE Inc, a consulting company working on innovative products & services in wireless technology, wireless health, and education. In 2011 he was appointed as an adjunct Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering & Computer Science at Case Western Reserve University. He co-founded the Graduate Education program in Wireless Health and launched the first ever Wireless Health Graduate Certificate program in San Diego.
Srinivas consults for leading companies in the wireless industry in intellectual property and user experience strategy. He has extensive experience in wireless technology, innovation, IP strategy, user experience design and strategy, and new product development

Dayakar is the Lead Software Architect at iYOUSE, Inc. He has extensive experience in creating solutions to needs in Medical, E-Learning, E-Commerce and Wireless/Mobile applications. He has over 9 years of experience in the areas of Software Development, Database design and Web application development using object oriented programming languages. He has very good experience in developing an end to end enterprise level product connecting different systems.
His previous affiliations have been with Texity Systems, consultant of Qualcomm, consultant of Motorola and Innominds as developer, Project Lead etc. At iYouse, he is instrumental in providing a complete working software solution that is well engineered, maintainable, delivered on schedule, aligns to product vision in E-Learning and Medical domains. By having a holistic view on the entire software system, he analyzes the requirements, architects the application, develops the working model and guides the team towards perfection.
Dayakar holds a Master degree in Software systems from Bits Pilani, India. -

He started career in developing web applications using JAVA related technologies. He worked in various domains like Health Care, Financial projects. As a developer, presented excellent problem solving skills where ever and when ever faced such situations.

As UX desinger at iYouse inc., he is responsible for the entire graphic designs. Ramdas has experience helding a variety of roles in graphic development, Visual designs, Web design solutions and user experience design etc.
Ramdas earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from JJ School of Art, Mumbai. He started career in graphic designs and worked in many spaces of design like digital, media, print media, visual designs, web designs, logo design, branding etc. He delivers customer satisfaction by creative graphics and innovative designs at work. He was a key member of the DUX team (Design User Experience) at Texity Software, leading for design solutions on Qualcomm products.
